Chuck Himmelberger – VP, Interim President
Chuck Himmelberger rejoined TKA’s Board of Directors in 2025 for a three-year term and currently serves as Vice President and Chair of the Board Governance Committee. A retired electrical engineer, he previously played a key role in TKA’s early years, including developing the Board Policy Manual. Chuck and his family have deep ties to TKA—his wife, Lynn, is a Kindergarten aide, his daughter is the PTF coordinator, and one of his grandchildren attends the school. He is an active member of Mohrsville Church of the Brethren, where he has served in various leadership roles.
Lori Minotto – Chaplain
Lori Minotto works as a real estate photographer while also running her own photography business. She specializes in sports photography and senior portraits. She is an active member of Emmanuel Fellowship Church where she serves as a youth leader. She and her husband, Rick, are proud parents of Rebecca and Jessica, and Alex all TKA alumni. Lori was a longtime volunteer and employee of TKA for 13 years. One of her many contributions includes establishing the lunch program at the school.
Gary Seibert
Gary applies over 50 years of business experience to helping companies increase profitability and achieve their growth potential. He’s a master at strategic planning, project management, and company turn-arounds and has successfully founded, built, grown, and sold two multi-million-dollar, international enterprises.
Steven Frederick
Steven Frederick comes to the TKA board as a dedicated and valued member of the Facilities Team. He and his wife Laura have one daughter, Audrey, who is an elementary student at TKA. Following 4 years of service in the US Army, Steven has worked for Norfolk Southern Corp as a Railroader for the last 13 years. Steven and his family are faithful members of St. Michael’s Church in Hamburg, where both Laura and Steve regularly volunteer.
Heather Clark – Treasurer
Heather Clark is an accomplished entrepreneur who launched her first venture, Go Fish Seafood, in 2005. An Albright College alumna, Heather is a dedicated community member with a strong commitment to giving back. She actively supports local initiatives, collaborates with schools on educational programs about nutrition and sustainability, and engages in community events to promote a sense of connection and shared responsibility. Heather is also a proud mother to Oliver Clark, a student at The King’s Academy. Together, they are active members of Calvary Bible Fellowship Church in Sinking Spring.
Ronda Neiswender
Ronda Neiswender was only the 2nd kindergarten teacher in TKA history, and she did a tremendous job maintaining and defining a kindergarten program that is Christ-centered and academically excellent. We are thankful for her dedication and years of service fifteen-years. Ronda is a mom to two TKA Grads Leah(2018) and Jacob(2023). The board is excited to have her years of unique experience alongside them.
