Renee Keller – President

Renée Keller is a research and development chemist at Evonik Industries, AG (formerly Performance Materials Division of Air Products & Chemicals, Inc.) and has been with the company since 1994.  She is currently supporting research and development of additives for the polyurethane foam industry.  She earned a BS in chemistry from Beaver College, now Arcadia University, and an MS in Polymer Science and Engineering from Lehigh University.  Renée attends Grace Bible Church of Hawk Mountain and is active in ladies Bible study there.  Renée is married to Dave Brown and has one son, Jack Keller, Jr.  Jack graduated from The King’s Academy in 2010, Lafayette College in 2014, Lehigh University in 2016, and is now employed by Carnegie Mellon University.

David Schmaldienst, Jr. – Vice President

David S. Schmaldienst has over 20 years of experience in K-12 education.  He currently serves as a middle school assistant principal.  Prior to his current position, he was a teacher, instructional coach, and administrator.  His educational background includes a Bachelors of Arts in History from Lebanon Valley College, and two Masters of Education from Wilkes University in educational leadership and classroom technology.   Additionally, David holds PA state certificates in Social Studies, K-12 Principal, and Superintendent.  David and his family attend Trinity Bible Fellowship church in Blandon. He resides in Ontelaunee Township with his wife Becky and daughter Samantha who is a student at TKA.

Stefanie Shirk – Treaurer

Stefanie Shirk is a Vice President and Community Banking Regional Manager at Tompkins Community Bank.  Stefanie has been with Tompkins since 2004 and, has over 30 years of banking and financial services experience.  In her current position, Stefanie is responsible for the business development, loan growth, and overall client experience of nine offices in the Berks and Schuylkill County markets.  Stefanie has completed various courses through the PA Bankers Association plus obtained credits from the American Bankers Association.  Stefanie graduated from the Professional Development Program in 2017 and continues to stay active in her community.  Stefanie is married to Anthony and they share their home with their Giant Schnauzer named “Lefty”.

Lori Minotto – Chaplain

Lori Minotto works as a real estate photographer while also running her own photography business.  She specializes in sports photography and senior portraits.  She is an active member of Emmanuel Fellowship Church where she serves as a youth leader.  She and her husband, Rick, are proud parents of Rebecca and Jessica, and Alex all TKA alumni.  Lori was a longtime volunteer and employee of TKA for 13 years.  One of her many contributions includes establishing the lunch program at the school.

Gary Seibert

Gary applies over 50 years of business experience to helping companies increase profitability and achieve their growth potential.  He’s a master at strategic planning, project management, and company turn-arounds and has successfully founded, built, grown, and sold two multi-million-dollar, international enterprises. 

Steven Frederick

Steven Frederick comes to the TKA board as a dedicated and valued member of the Facilities Team. He and his wife Laura have one daughter, Audrey, who is an elementary student at TKA. Following 4 years of service in the US Army, Steven has worked for Norfolk Southern Corp as a Railroader for the last 13 years. Steven and his family are faithful members of St. Michael’s Church in Hamburg, where both Laura and Steve regularly volunteer.

Heather Clark

Heather Clark is an accomplished entrepreneur who launched her first venture, Go Fish Seafood, in 2005. An Albright College alumna, Heather is a dedicated community member with a strong commitment to giving back. She actively supports local initiatives, collaborates with schools on educational programs about nutrition and sustainability, and engages in community events to promote a sense of connection and shared responsibility. Heather is also a proud mother to Oliver Clark, a student at The King’s Academy. Together, they are active members of Calvary Bible Fellowship Church in Sinking Spring.

Ronda Neiswender

Ronda Neiswender was only the 2nd kindergarten teacher in TKA history, and she did a tremendous job maintaining and defining a kindergarten program that is Christ-centered and academically excellent. We are thankful for her dedication and years of service fifteen-years. Ronda is a mom to two TKA Grads Leah(2018) and Jacob(2023). The board is excited to have her years of unique experience alongside them.
